Every day, our doors open to individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia who deserve safety, purpose, and connection. Within our programs, friendships are formed, routines bring comfort, and meaningful moments are created one day at a time. For caregivers, ADS offers something just as vital: relief, guidance, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing their loved one is in compassionate, capable hands.

For decades, ADS has been woven into the fabric of the Memphis community, standing alongside families through some of their most challenging seasons. Our work is rooted in respect, patience, and the belief that no one should walk the dementia journey alone. With the support of our community partners, donors, and dedicated staff, we continue to strengthen services, expand access, and build a future where every person affected by dementia is met with understanding and care.
